We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you request a quotation, submit design files, or communicate with us. This may include:

• Contact Information: Name, business email address, phone number, and company name.
• Project Specifications: CAD models, 2D/3D drawings (such as STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF files), materials required, quantities, and production instructions.
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing behavior on our Site through cookies and analytics tools.

We understand that your intellectual property (IP) is critical. All uploaded CAD files, technical drawings, and project details are treated as confidential. We do not sell your design specifications. Files are limited to engineers assigned to your project and to permitted manufacturing and finishing recipients described in our standard NDA.

Unless you opt out in writing (email is enough), we may use desensitized machining-process or in-process photos that do not identify you, your customer, or your part. We will not use your name, logo, drawings, or identifiable finished parts without prior written consent.

We use the collected data for the following business purposes:

• To evaluate your technical drawings and provide accurate manufacturing quotations.
• To communicate regarding your production orders, technical modifications, or shipping logistics.

We implement standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data and intellectual property from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We do not sell your personal or corporate data to third parties. We may share information with the authorized Dongguan manufacturing facility and with finishing or process vendors when needed to quote or fulfill your order, each under confidentiality no less stringent than our NDA, and with trusted logistical partners (e.g., shipping couriers) strictly necessary to fulfill delivery.

Our Site uses cookies to monitor website traffic and enhance navigation. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser settings; however, doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of the Site. Our Site also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam on contact and quotation forms and Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-focused traffic measurement; these services may process technical data such as your IP address under their respective policies. Site typography uses self-hosted Google Fonts files (Source Sans 3 and Unbounded) and is not loaded from Google’s servers.
